Built from the operator's seat.
I'm Bridget Murphy, founder of Team Moxie and CEO/co-founder of Koru K9. I started deploying AI employees inside my own business because I needed to know where marketing dollars were leaking, what had changed in our ad account, why SEO performance was moving, which processes were eating up staff time, and what my team was missing simply because humans cannot watch everything at once.
Moxie grew out of using AI to find those efficiency gaps, surface problems faster, and turn mountains of business data into useful decisions.
Business first. AI second.
I care much less about what an AI demo can do than whether the system survives contact with a real team, real data, real exceptions, and a busy Tuesday morning.
That means starting with the job. What needs to happen? What does “good” look like? Which sources are trustworthy? What can the system do on its own? What absolutely requires human approval?
The philosophy
AI that amplifies your team—not replaces it. Let the machines watch, dig, organize and prepare. Let the humans judge, lead, build relationships, make tradeoffs and own the decision.
