No magic. No jargon. Ask the question.
Direct answers about what custom AI employees are, what they are not, and how Moxie approaches implementation.
What is an AI employee?
A custom AI employee is a defined business role built around specific responsibilities, approved information sources, recurring routines, guardrails and human review. It is not a claim that software is literally a person.
Who is Moxie for?
Moxie is built for small and midsize businesses that already have real processes, real teams and recurring work that is difficult to monitor, organize, investigate or follow up consistently.
Do you replace employees?
No. Our design principle is AI that amplifies the team. AI handles monitoring, digging, organizing, repetitive analysis and preparation; humans keep judgment, relationships, strategy and final decisions.
What systems can Moxie work with?
It depends on the role and the access available. Common sources include CRM systems, advertising platforms, analytics, search data, document storage, spreadsheets, email, calendars and internal SOPs.
Do AI employees take actions automatically?
Only when the role is explicitly designed and authorized to do so. Many useful roles are deliberately read-only or approval-based. Guardrails are part of the implementation, not an afterthought.
How do you measure whether it works?
We use a Baseline → Deploy → Measure → Prove framework. Depending on the role, that can include hours saved, turnaround time, exceptions caught, qualified lead rate, customer value, reporting time, or other business measures.
Where do you start?
Usually with one useful problem: a recurring process, a blind spot, a pile of repetitive review work, or an important question the business cannot answer quickly.
Company facts, stated plainly.
Entity clarity matters. So does making it easy for a person to verify what an AI answer says about us.
