The problem
There was no shortage of reports. The harder problem was turning scattered information into clear decisions: which leads needed attention, which documents were missing, what changed in an ad account, why SEO visibility moved, and where staff time was disappearing into repetitive review.
What we built
Relay · Sales operations
A review layer for HubSpot lead and deal activity that helps surface stalled follow-up, stage inconsistencies and the records that deserve a human's attention.
Keeper · People & documentation
A role focused on recurring trainer documentation work: requirements, uploaded records, expirations, verification status and exception reporting.
Atlas · Paid advertising analysis
A read-only analyst for campaign history, search terms, keyword routing, quality signals, conversion tracking and downstream CRM context. Atlas is explicitly an analyzer—not an account editor.
What we can say today
The founder reports that Relay and Keeper are returning hours of recurring review time each week. Atlas has enabled deeper advertising investigations that previously required hours of manual digging, even when AI was already being used as an assistant.
What we do not claim: exact time savings are still being established, and no advertising performance uplift is attributed to Atlas simply because the system exists.
What we are measuring next
Baseline → Deploy → Measure → Prove. The next layer is to quantify time returned, manual steps removed, turnaround time, exceptions caught, lead follow-up speed, and business outcomes where attribution is defensible.
